Deadline for paying tuition fees for returning students
For returning students paying semester A, the deadline to pay the first installment is the 31st of August and 31st of December for the second installment.
Paying after the above-mentioned deadlines will incur a 5% penalty on the remaining unsettled fees.
In case of any unsettled fees, all enrollment certificates and requested documents by the debtor will be put on hold until all payments are settled.
After 3 weeks from the payment deadline, if the fees are still unsettled, the debtor will be withdrawn from the University.
Any withdrawals / suspensions requested after 31st of August of each year, refund policy shall apply strictly.
Maximum period of voluntary suspension should not exceed one academic year.
Miscellaneous Fees
Non-academic fees: EGP 15,000/500 GBP
Lab fees: EGP 12,500/ 500 GBP
Lab fees (business): EGP7,500/ 250 GBP
Application fees : EGP 1,500
Deposit fees (To be deducted from tuition fees): EGP 40,000 /1350 GBP
Lab fees insurance (refundable at the end of graduation if no damage occurs): EGP 10,000/250 GBP
Transfer fees from another university: EGP 10,000/ 250 GBP
Referral exam: EGP 5,000/ 200 GBP
Placement Referral Fees: MPharm EGP 15,000 / 500 GBP for International students per round, for Physiotherapy EGP 10,000 / 400 GBP for International students per round
Terms and Conditions
Tuition fees’ categories (Category A, B, and C) are based on academic performance.
Tuition fees can be paid over two installments.
Tuitions fees are subject to an annual increase of up to 15%.
Non-academic fees and lab fees are subject to annual review.
Fees for module retake are calculated based on multiplying the number of credits of by the charge of credit per hour.
Students who are admitted to the university and awarded a merit scholarship shall maintain the same category of tuition fees upon completing 120 credits and achieve a minimum CUMULATIVE GPA of 4.0/4.5 at the end of the respective academic year.
Students who received forced suspension decision as a result of Academic misconduct or Non-Academic misconduct will NOT be exempted from paying their financial dues for the whole academic year regardless of the period of the forced suspension.
